1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DocSift AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
DocSift AI is an AI-powered mobile application for scanning, importing, OCR, document summaries, key-field extraction, action items, and PDF export. Google ML Kit performs OCR on your device. Only after you explicitly choose Analyze with AI does the App send recognized text and necessary context through the Skybringup Gateway to a third-party AI model. Scanned page images are not sent for that analysis.
3. Purchase and Payment
The App is free to download through the Apple App Store. Free use includes scanning, OCR preview, basic records, and PDF export with a watermark. Premium features may include AI summaries, key fields, action items, full document notes, and PDF export without the DocSift AI watermark. The current Premium offer is a one-time Lifetime Premium purchase and does not automatically renew. The App may restore an eligible purchase made through an earlier version. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including the Apple Standard EULA. Refund requests are reviewed and managed by Apple through its standard refund process or Apple Support.
4. Service Protection
We may use reasonable technical measures to protect the App and its online services from misuse, excessive automated requests, fraud, or security threats. Attempting to bypass these measures may result in restricted or suspended access to online features.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate results. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The results provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the App's AI-generated results.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or content you submit through the App.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Redistribute or resell the App or its results for commercial purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features require an internet connection and are served by The Sky Bringup AI service, which may experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App's AI features for any user who violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App's AI features will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
